This letter serves to confirm that the below listed supplier is authorized to produce and export to our Yantian Warehouse from the people 's Republic of China luggage & bags under the "Samsonite", " American Tourister”, "Tumi", "Hartmann", "Lipault", "Gregory", "High Sierra" and "Kamiliant" brand according to instructions received from the Samsonite Group of Companies solely for the benefit of the Samsonite Group of Companies.

The following certificate is the proof that Samsonite Group has authorized Guangzhou Juli Leather Co., Ltd. to manufacture as an OEM.
